Looking Back with an IBIE 2025 Recap

Our Booth Was Just the Beginning
Yes, our booth was buzzing and we loved seeing reactions to our custom packaging designs. But what stuck with us were the conversations after the demos. One baker laughed as he told us he once ran out of boxes midweek and had to send his nephew to buy plain pizza boxes just to get through Saturday. Another asked if we could create something “cute but sturdy” because her customers always try to juggle cupcakes and coffee at the same time. Those little moments of honesty made the event feel less like a trade show and more like a gathering of friends.
It was also the funny, unexpected things, like the baker who pulled out her phone to show us her cat “helping” frost cupcakes, or the group who got lost trying to find the catering trays and ended up hanging out with us for half an hour. These moments made the expo feel like more than just business.
A Community Worth Celebrating
The biggest takeaway from our IBIE 2025 recap is simple: community. The baking industry thrives because people share their ideas, frustrations, and dreams openly. We saw it firsthand in Las Vegas.
